The BSY6023 multi-functional wireless intelligent terminal is a device equipped with an LCD display that integrates vibration, magnetometer, temperature, and audio acquisition functionalities. It is powered by a battery by default but also supports an external power input. The terminal can connect up to two external sensors, each supporting three-axis acceleration, magnetometer, and temperature output. With high-speed synchronized sampling across all eight axes, it enables correlated monitoring and multi-source analysis.

The device is embedded with intelligent diagnostic algorithms to predict and warn about potential equipment failures, making it an essential monitoring tool for industrial equipment in industries such as petrochemicals, power plants, and steel mills. The BSY6023 integrates Bluetooth 5.2, 4G, and Wi-Fi technologies, allowing it to connect to a mobile app via Bluetooth for data collection or directly to the cloud via 4G/Wi-Fi.
